Cologne, Germany June 19 – June 22, 2008 MENSCH. Jersey City, New Jersey - June 28, 2007 – July 1, 2007 Final Program: Groups: Gateways to Growth A gateway is an opening, something that serves as an entrance or provides access. A group can be a gateway, helping people experiencing stressful life events or conditions move towards health, well-being, social inclusion, and empowerment. This symposium will celebrate the ways in which groups facilitate growth for people by opening gates, removing barriers, providing resources, and providing safe spaces. Come to the Garden State and share in the rejuvenating power of groups with group workers from around the world.
