The Social Work with Groups Newsletter was published tri-annually since 1985. The newsletter featured reports of the ongoing work of the Association, updates from chapters, book reviews and other announcements.

In 2007 the publishing of the Newsletter was discontinued as AASWG transitioned communication to our website and to other methods of electronic communication.
